Sour Cream Pudding Cake
:cake:

White cake mix
small box of french vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup oil

Preheat oven 300*. Grease and flour tube pan.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. On low speed beat till moist, then beat on medium for 4 minutes, yes 4 minutes.

It doesn't pour that easily so just kind of dump it (lol) in the pan and pat with large wooden spoon (or whatever) till the batter fills evenly around the tube pan. Bake for about 50 minutes.
Mine is always done pretty much at 45 minutes but that's if my oven has preheated for a pretty good while.
It smells awesome baking!

Ice with stick of butter and a cake of cream cheese melted. Teaspoon of vanilla and almost a whole bag of powdered sugar.
For a little extra zing in flavor I sprinkle just a tiny-tiny bit of dry strawberry jello over my icing and stir it up.

eat

Side Note:

You can use white cake mix, yellow, chocolate, strawberry, just whatever! Then use the pudding mixes accordingly. I mix and match all kinds of ways, it's fun!

Yellow cake mix
lemon pudding mix

Chocolate cake
Chocolate pudding mix etc.
